Join us at this event to celebrate Raksha Bandhan, a reminder of Relationships in our lives.
In Session 1, we are going to explore a central aspect of our life - Relationships, using Bhagvad Gita teachings of Gunas.
In Session 2, we have a professional Guest Speaker (Clare Healy) who will share how Trapped Emotions manifest as physical pains such as Acidity, Joint Pains, Headaches, Allergy, Tiredness and many more with a live demonstration.
There will be separate activities for under 16s, including a specific session for age 11-16 at 6:30pm.
